The Pantyliner Ekstrak Kunyit (Curcuma longa L.) sebagai Indikator Alami untuk Deteksi Ketuban Pecah Dini

Ketuban pecah dini (KPD) merupakan salah satu penyebab komplikasi obstetri yang berdampak pada meningkatnya morbiditas dan mortalitas ibu maupun janin. Diagnosis KPD umumnya menggunakan kertas lakmus, tetapi metode ini masih memiliki kelemahan berupa subjektivitas hasil. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan pantyliner dengan indikator alami berbasis ekstrak kunyit (Curcuma longa L.) sebagai alternatif deteksi KPD. Penelitian eksperimental murni dilakukan di laboratorium dan RS Sultan Suriansyah Banjarmasin. Uji fitokimia menunjukkan ekstrak kunyit positif mengandung alkaloid, flavonoid, saponin, dan kuinon yang berperan sebagai antioksidan, antiinflamasi, antimikroba, dan imunomodulator. Uji GC-MS menunjukkan senyawa dominan Ar-turmerone (29,38%) dan Alpha-turmerone (22,79%), dengan senyawa pendukung berupa vanillin, fenolik aromatik, serta ester asam lemak. Ekstrak kunyit yang diimobilisasi pada pantyliner menunjukkan perubahan warna signifikan saat ditetesi cairan ketuban (coklat kemerahan), sekret vagina (kuning cerah), dan urine (kuning). Uji statistik menunjukkan adanya pengaruh bermakna (p<0,005) antara perubahan warna pantyliner dan diagnosis KPD. Hasil ini membuktikan ekstrak kunyit mengandung antioksidan, antiflamasi, antimikroba dan imnomodulator serta berpotensi digunakan sebagai indikator alami ramah lingkungan dalam deteksi dini KPD
