Studi Deskriptif Pengetahuan Diare Akibat Jajanan Siswa SMKN 01 Pemalang

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat pengetahuan siswa SMKN 01 Pemalang mengenai risiko penyakit diare akibat konsumsi jajanan pinggir jalan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif dengan desain cross-sectional. Sampel berjumlah 269 responden, diambil dengan teknik total sampling. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner daring yang telah diuji validitasnya. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas responden memiliki tingkat pengetahuan baik (90,3%), dan hanya sebagian kecil (9,7%) memiliki pengetahuan kurang. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa siswa umumnya memahami bahaya konsumsi makanan tidak higienis, namun tetap diperlukan intervensi edukatif untuk meningkatkan kewaspadaan dan penerapan perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat secara konsisten.
