Efektivitas Video Edukasi Stroke Terhadap Peningkatan Stroke Literasi Dan Penurunan Post Stroke Depresi Pada Pasien Stroke

Stroke merupakan penyakit serebrovaskuler yang meningkatkan angka kematian dan kecacatan jangka panjang secara global. Kejadian stroke di Kalimantan Selatan mencapai 12.7 % dari seluruh kejadian stroke di Indonesia. Stroke paling banyak terjadi pada usia 55-64 tahun dan 29, 5 % terjadi pada orang dengan pendidikan rendah. Pasien dengan post stroke sangat rentan terserang post stroke depresion (PSD), Untuk meminimalkan resiko PSD dalam dilakukan dengan strategi non farmakologi seperti peningkatan literasi, dukungan kesehatan mental dan fisik. Peningkatan literasi dapat dilakukan dengan pendidikan kesehatan. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan quasi eksperimental dengan pretest-posttest one group test design. Sampel penelitian 20 responden stroke dengan teknik pengambilan sampel pusposive sampling. Kuisioner yang digunakan untuk stroke literasi menggunakan SKAT dan PSD menggunakan lembar kuisioner PHQ-9. Hasil Penelitian ini terdapat peningkatan stroke literasi dengan nilai p value 0.001 dan Penurunan PSD dengan nilai p value 0.002.
