The Efektifitas Edukasi Menggunakan Video Dan Booklet Pada Pengetahuan Dan Minat Kontrasepsi Postpartum Primigravida Di Puskesmas Pasundan

Pendahuluan: Salah satu upaya percepatan penurunan AKI, yaitu dengan menjamin agar setiap ibu mampu mengakses pelayanan keluarga berencana termasuk KB pasca persalinan. Penggunaan KB pasca persalinan akan berjalan dengan baik bila didahului dengan konseling yang baik. Tujuan dilakukan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis Efektivitas Edukasi Menggunakan Media Video Dan Booklet Terhadap Pengetahuan Dan Minat KB Pasca Persalinan Pada Ibu Primigravida.
Metode: Jenis penelitian ini adalah Quasi eksperimen dengan desain penelitian non equivalent control grup. Penelitian di lakukan di Puskesmas Pasundan Samarinda selama 2 bulan. Penelitian ini menggunakan 2 kelompok intervensi yaitu video dan booklet dengan sample pada masing-masing kelompok berjumlah 18 responden. Metode sampling yang digunakan adalah Purposive Sampling.
Hasil: Hasil penelitian ini yaitu terdapat perbedaan pengetahuan dan minat sebelum dan sesudah diberikan intervensi dengan media video (p-value 0,000), terdapat perbedaan pengetahuan dan minat sebelum dan sesudah diberikan intervensi dengan media booklet (p-value 0,000), dan media video lebih efektiv meningkatkan pengetahuan dan minat ibu daripada media booklet terhadap pengetahuan Ibu tentang KB Pasca Persalinan (p = 0,001 dan p = 0,008).
Pembahasan: Media merupakan salah satu faktor penentu keberhasilan pembelajaran. Semakin banyak indra yang digunakan semakin baik penerimaan responden terhadap pesan atau materi pendidikan kesehatan. Melalui media video proses pembelajaran bisa lebih menarik dan menyenangkan serta menjadi lebih mudah.
Kesimpulan: Media edukasi Video lebih efektif daripada media booklet terhadap peningkatan pengetahuan dan minat ibu primigravida.
