Faktor-Faktor Yang Berhubungan Dengan Perilaku Penerapan Hand Hygiene Di RSUD LANTO Dg PASEWANG

Infeksi yang didapat di rumah sakit atau nosocomial adalah ancaman utama bagi pasien. Kebersihan tangan mencegah infeksi silang di rumah sakit, tetapi penerapan Hand Hygiene sesuai dengan pedoman yang direkomendasikan sering kali buruk oleh petugas kesehatan. Tujuan penelitian untuk factor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan penerapan hand hygiene di RSUD Lanto Dg Pasewang. Jenis rancangan penelitian koreasional dengan pendekatan penelitian cross sectional. Populasi penelitian sebanya 180 orang , tehnik sampel menggunakan purposive sampling dan sampel pada penelitian ini terdapat 36 responden di RSUD Lanto dg Pasewang. Alat pengumpulan data berupa kuesioner dan lembar observasi. Berdasarkan hasil uji statistik menggunakan uji Chi-square test didapatkan nilai pengetahuan: p=0,631 > α=0,05, umur: p=0,729 > nilai α=0,05, sikap: p=0,715 > nilai α=0,05, pendidikan: p=1,000 > α=0,05, masa kerja: p=0,376 > α=0,05. tidak ada hubungan antara pengetahuan, umur, sikap,pendidikan dan masa kerja terhadap perilaku penerapan hand hygiene di RSUD Lanto dg Pasewang. Tidak terdapat hubungan antara pengetahuan, umur, sikap,pendidikan dan masa kerja terhadap perilaku penerapan hand hygiene di RSUD Lanto dg Pasewang. Perawat disarankan meningkatkan pengetahuan dan melaksanakan higiene tangan melalui program pelatihan pengurangan infeksi untuk mengurangi kejadian infeksi rumah sakit.
