PENGARUH SARI KURMA (PHOENIX DACTYLIFERA) TERHADAP PENINGKATAN KADAR HEMOGLOBIN IBU HAMIL TRIMESTER III

INTISARI
Latar Belakang: WHO melaporkan bahwa prevalensi wanita hamil yang mengalami defisiensi zat besi sekitar 35- 75% dan semakin meningkat seiring dengan bertambah usia kehamilan. Hal ini jelas menimbulkan resiko kematian maternal,angka prematuritas, berat lahir bayi rendah, dan angka kematian perinatal meningkat.
Tujuan: Mengetahui pengaruh pemberian sari buah kurma terhadap kenaikan kadar hemoglobin pada ibu hamil.
Metode: Design penelitian eksperimen dalam penelitian ini adalah One Grup Pre-test and Post-test design. Populasi pada penelitian ini yaitu semua ibu hamil TM III di Praktik Mandiri Bidan Kota Palangka Raya pada bulan Januari-Maret 2020. Sampel adalah ibu hamil TM III pada bulan Januari-Maret 2020 yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi sejumlah 27 responden dengan consecutive sampling. Uji statistik yang digunakan adalah Uji Paired T-Test.
Hasil: Diperoleh pendidikan SMA sebanyak 21 orang (70%), umur 20-35 tahun sebanyak 21 orang (70%), dan ibu yang memiliki ukuran lila > 23,5 cm sebanyak 30 orang (100%). Ada perbedaan yang bermakna (p=0,29).
Kesimpulan: Ada pengaruh kenaikan kadar hemoglobin pada ibu hamil TM III setelah diberikan sari kurma.
