Analisis Keputusan Pasien Untuk Dirawat Di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Kabupaten Gayo Lues

Abstrak: Kualitas pelayanan rumah sakit merupakan suatu bentuk penilaian pasien sehingga menjadi pertimbangan untuk memutuskan dirawat di rumah sakit tersebut. Perilaku pasien dalam mengambil keputusan memilih fasilitas jasa pelayanan kesehatan di rumah sakit dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis keputusan pasien untuk dirawat di RSUD Gayo Lues. Jenis Penelitian ini adalah survei analitik dengan desain cross sectional (potong lintang). Penelitian dilakukan di RSUD Gayo Lues. Populasi penelitian ini 4.851 orang, sampel diperoleh sebanyak 114 orang. Analisis data secara univariat, bivariat menggunakan chi-square dan multivariat menggunakan regresi logistik berganda pada taraf kepercayaan 95% (a=0,05). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pasien memilih dirawat di RSUD Gayo Lues tahun 2018 yaitu dukungan tokoh masyarakat (p=0,018), situasi ekonomi (p=0,007), kepribadian (p=0,008), persepsi (p=0,009), dan sikap (p=0,001). Sedangkan variabel yang tidak berpengaruh yaitu dukungan keluarga (p=0,322), budaya (p=0,471), kelas sosial (p=0,672), pekerjaan (p=0,537), motivasi (p=0,065). Faktor yang paling dominan yang mempengaruhi sikap keputusan pasien untuk dirawat di RSUD Kabupaten Gayo Lues ialah variabel sikap dengan nilai Exp(B) = 5,982 (95%CI= 2,005-17,847) artinya responden yang bersikap positif berpeluang memutuskan untuk dirawat di RSUD Kabupaten Gayo Lues 5,9 kali lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan responden yang bersikap negatif. Keputusan pasien untuk dirawat di RSUD Kabupaten Gayo dipengaruhi dukungan tokoh masyarakat, situasi ekonomi, kepribadian, persepsi, dan sikap.
