TEKANAN PSIKOLOGIS DAN KUALITAS TIDUR PADA MAHASISWA KEPERAWATAN DI MASA PANDEMI COVID-19
Abstrak
Abstrak: Penyakit Corona Virus (COVID-19) merupakan salah satu penyakit yang menyerang saluran pernapasan. Penyakit ini meningkatkan angka kematian yang tinggi khususnya di Negara Indonesia. Pemerintah Indonesia melakukan pembatasan aktivitas diluar rumah termasuk proses belajar mengajar pada remaja. Kondisi ini mengakibatkan tekanan psikologis dan gangguan kualitas tidur pada remaja meningkat. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian diskriptif observasional dengan total sampling. Pengambilan data menggunakan The Depression Anxiety Stress Scale-21 (DASS-21) dan Insomnia Severity Indeks (ISI dalam bentuk google form. Hasil pengukuran DASS 21 dan pengukuran ISI pada mahasiswa keperawatan menyatakan bahwa mahasiswa yang mengalami depresi sebanyak 32 % dan kecemasan 28.6 %, serta insomnia sebanyak 55.8 %, hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa pandemi covid 19 menyebabkan peningkatan tekanan psikologis dan kejadian insomnia pada remaja khususnya mahasiswa keperawatan Kata Kunci: Corona Virus (COVID-19), Tekanan Psikologis, InsomniaPublishing your paper with JURNAL SKALA KESEHATAN POLITEKNIK KESEHATAN BANJARMASIN (JSK) means that the author or authors retain the copyright in the paper.
